Underworld is a marketplace platform. By using it you agree to these terms and to our Acceptable Use and Prohibited Items policies. Accounts that violate these terms may be suspended or banned without notice.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You are responsible for the security of your account, including enabling two-factor authentication. You must provide accurate information and must not impersonate others.

2. Lawful use only

All activity on Underworld must comply with applicable law. Listing or trading prohibited or illegal goods or services is strictly forbidden and will be removed and reported where required.

3. Escrow and payments

Payments are made in supported cryptocurrencies and held in escrow until the buyer releases funds or a dispute is resolved. Underworld is not a bank and does not provide financial advice.

4. Moderation

We operate strict moderation with zero tolerance for abuse. We may review, suspend, or remove any content or account to enforce these policies.
